Dan Grech – Head of Music

Dan Grech is a young man who belies his years in terms of his career in music as both a talented musician and excellent management executive, Dan has been systematic in the success of Essex Bands and the Essex scene as a whole, working with acts such as You and Me at Six, Gallows, Enter Shikari and Dewaf Havana currently Dan is also working with one of the most exciting bands on the London Circuit – Luminaire. Dan has brought his experience and contacts to help Miss Behave Music expand with other music acts. Not only is he knowledgeable in all areas of management he has an uncanny gift to unearth great talent and enhance new artists abilities in a productive and efficient way. Dan and James Daly will work closely with the rest of the music management team to produce great artists and to find the songs and music of tomorrow with Bands such as Luminaire and many more excellent artists that Miss Behave Music are now working with. Dan is a prime example of the great young
executive talent GMI has at its disposal to make it successful.

Dennis Hall

Dennis Hall is a successful businessman and entrepreneur and has been heavily involved in the Music Industry since the early 1990′s having started his career as a professional drummer, which has allowed him to perform on some the UK’s biggest stages. Dennis then set about building his own recording studio, and rehearsal rooms in his home town of Aylesbury during the latter part of the 1990’s.

In 2002 Dennis met and partnered up with another like-minded entrepreneur and businessman within the local music scene, and together they launched a small independent record label called ‘Jam Central Records’, which became very successful, having released a variety of (CD) Albums, EP’s, a couple of very special and popular Charity singles, to producing a DVD for their own music festival.

In 2005 Dennis helped launch ‘Aylesbury Showcase’ an event management company, to organise, run and promote larger profile gigs for their label’s artists, including corporate events, album launch parties and showcases, a battle of the bands competition, and live music festivals.

In 2006, Dennis helped create Buckinghamshire’s largest free all-day live music festival ‘Hobble on the Cobbles’ with well know bands such as Scouting for Girls headlining. He has continued to work with multi-million selling artists and musicians over the past five years.

Dennis is now a Director of the ‘Independent Music Group’, and continues to work closely within the TV, Film and Music Industries.

Mike Moran – Music Supervisor

Mike Moran studied at the Royal College of Music in London prior to becoming a session musician and composer / arranger, including music for films such as Time Bandits and The Missionary.

For many years, Moran was the musical director for the UK ITV children’s music show, Get It Together, performing on the show each week, accompanying the various studio guests and playing the show’s theme music. He had another attempt at writing a UK Eurovision entry in 1990, when he wrote “That Old Feeling Again” for Stephen Lee Garden, which placed fifth out of the eight songs in the competition.

Mike has also worked extensively as a record producer. He produced The Queen Album (1988), (1994) and Essential Musicals (2006) for Elaine Paige. He appeared in Dragon’s Den series 7 episode 3 as the musical director of a Dusty Springfield musical.

Jay Solomon – Head of Music Publishing, Music Composer and Supervisor

Jay Solomon Jay is a UK leading music industry executive and executive record producer with over 10 years of experience in this field. He holds a City University of London Awards for Releasing and Marketing music as well as professional artist management experience music technology certification.

Jay is the Director Founder of SMM (Solomon Music Management) a global music management company set up to oversee an impressive roster of international . Jay is a member of the Music management Forum.
